In het jaar 1838 de Deens painter Friedrich Thøming made this moderne kunst artpiece titled "Surf at the coast of Capri". The beyond 180 years old original has the size - 43,2 x 58,8 cm and was crafted with the techniek oil on canvas. Today, this work of art is part of the Thorvaldsens Museum digital collection, which is a single-artist museum dedicated to the art of Danish neoclassicistic sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen.
