The mosaicist, painter, autobiographer Karl von Blaas was an artist, whose artistic style can mainly be classified as Historicism. The painter lived for a total of 79 jaar, geboren in het jaar 1815 in Nauders, Tirol, Oostenrijk en overleed in 1894 in Wenen, deelstaat Wenen, Oostenrijk.
