Oil on canvas, transferred from wood, with letterpress-printed paper labels was applied by the artist as the medium of the masterpiece. Lucas Cranach the Elder was a male painter, whose art style was mainly Northern Renaissance. The European artist was born in the year 1472 in Kronach, Beieren, Duitsland en stierf op 81-jarige leeftijd in 1553.
