This 19th century artpiece was created by Carl Balsgaard in 1843. De originele versie is geschilderd met de maat van 14,4 x 11,8 cm en werd vervaardigd op het medium overglazuur geschilderd op porselein. Verder behoort het kunstwerk tot de Thorvaldsens Museum digital collection, which is a single-artist museum dedicated to the art of Danish neoclassicistic sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen.
