In 1869 Bastiaan de Poorter made the modern art artwork "Portrait of Jean Zacharia Mazel (1792-1884)". Het over 150 jaar oude originele versie meet de grootte van hoogte: 116,5 cm breedte: 87 cm | hoogte: 45,9 in breedte: 34,3 in en werd beschilderd met de techniek of olieverf op canvas. The original masterpiece has the following inscription: "signed and dated: B. de Poorter / ft. 1868. 9". Today, the artpiece belongs to the digital art collection of Mauritshuis.
