With an acrylic glass art print contrasts and minor image details will be more exposed due to the granular gradation. • Aluminium dibond print (metaal): These are metal prints on aluminium dibond with a true depth. Its non-reflective surface creates a fashionable look. For our Direct Aluminium Dibond print, we print the work of art onto the surface of the white-primed aluminum material.

The Coronation of the Virgin celebrates the culminating scene in the narrative cycle of the life of the Virgin. The subject follows Mary’s ascent into heaven after her death. Surrounded by a choir of music-making angels, the Virgin kneels to accept her crown from God and Christ. Completing the Trinity is the dove of the Holy Ghost touching its wings to their mouths. In this event, Mary takes on the role of the personification of the Church itself in her depiction as Regina Coeli or Queen of Heaven. The painter takes his name from an altarpiece in the church at Rubielos-de-Mora, Spain, though little is known about him. His style, featuring piercing eyes and protruding mouths with long slender fingers, is characteristic of Valencian art around 1400.

Specificatie van het artikel

Het schilderij van de 15e eeuw The Coronation of the Virgin with the Trinity was created by the artist Master of Rubielos de Mora in 1400. Het over 620 jaar oud origineel had de volgende maat: Framed: 158,4 x 101,5 x 9,5 cm (62 3/8 x 39 15/16 x 3 3/4 in); Overall: 144,6 x 91,4 cm (56 15/16 x 36 in). Olie op paneel was used by the artist as the medium of the work of art. Nowadays, the artwork is part of the art collection of Het Cleveland Museum of Art. Met genoegen kunnen wij mededelen dat het kunstwerk, dat deel uitmaakt van de publiek domein is provided with courtesy of The Cleveland Museum of Art. Moreover, the artwork has the creditline: Schenking van het Hanna Fonds. Daarnaast is de uitlijning staand en heeft een verhouding van 9 : 16, wat betekent dat de lengte is 45% korter dan de breedte.
