Het over 370 year old original version was made with the following size of Sheet: 6 3/4 × 9 1/8 in (17,1 × 23,2 cm) and was painted with the techniek of ets, alleen staat. The work of art is included in the art collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. With courtesy of Het Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, Aankoop, Legaat Joseph Pulitzer, 1917 (publiek domein). In addition, the artwork has the following creditline: Purchase, Joseph Pulitzer Bequest, 1917. Moreover, alignment of the digital reproduction is in Landschap formaat with a side ratio of 4 : 3, which implies that the length is 33% longer than the width. Wenceslaus Hollar was a male illustrator, cartographer, printmaker, whose artistic style was primarily Baroque. The Baroque painter lived for 70 jaar - geboren in het jaar 1607 in Prague, Praha, Hlavni Mesto, Czech Republic and passed away in 1677.
