De 17th eeuw kunstwerk is gemaakt door Jan de Bray. Het over 360 years old original version had the exact dimensions of hoogte: 59,5 cm breedte: 47 cm | hoogte: 23,4 in breedte: 18,5 in en werd geschilderd op het medium olie op paneel. Dated and signed: 1654 / Oud [sporen van een 't'] 6 ja / JDBray was the artpiece's inscription. The piece of art is included in the digital art collection of Mauritshuis. Met dank aan Mauritshuis, Den Haag (licensed - public domain). Creditline of the artwork: F. Rothmann Gallery, Berlin; Anton F. Philips, Eindhoven; purchased, 1932. In addition to that, the alignment is in Portret formaat met een verhouding van 3: 4, Waardoor de lengte is 25% korter dan de breedte. Jan de Bray was a painter of Dutch nationality, whose art style can primarily be attributed to Baroque. The Baroque painter was born in 1620 in Haarlem, Noord-Holland, Nederland en overleden op 77-jarige leeftijd in 1697.
