De 18th eeuw work of art was created by Hubert Robert. The original had the size: zonder lijst: 76,2 x 100,3 cm (30 x 39 1/2 in) ingelijst: 98,4 x 121,8 cm (38 3/4 x 47 15/16 in). Olieverf op canvas was applied by the artist as the medium of the masterpiece. Besides, the artwork can be viewed in in the digital art collection of Yale University Art Gallery, which belongs to Yale University and is the oldest art museum of a university in the western hemisphere. Hubert Robert was a male curator, painter, whose art style was mainly Rococo. The French artist lived for 75 jaar and was born in the year 1733 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France and deceased in the year 1808 in Paris, Ile-de-France, France.
