For every fine art print we offer a range of different materials and sizes. You can pick your preferred size and material between the following alternatives:

• Glanzend acrylglas print (met echte glascoating): An acrylic glass print, often labelled as a plexiglass print, will change the artwork into great décor. Above all, the acrylic glass fine art print offers a great alternative option to aluminium and canvas prints.
• Aluminium dibond (metalen print): An Aluminium Dibond print is a print with a true effect of depth. A direct Aluminium Dibond Print is the ideal introduction to fine art prints on alu.
• Canvasafdruk: The canvas print is a printed canvas stretched on a wood stretcher. Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which implies that it is easy and straightforward to hang up your Canvas print without the use of any wall-mounts. Therefore, a canvas print is suitable for any kind of wall.
• Affiche afdrukken (canvasmateriaal): A poster is a UV printed flat canvas paper with a slightly roughened surface structure. A poster print is used for framing your art print with the help of a customized frame. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster print we add a white margin of something between 2-6cm round about the print, which facilitates the framing.

Juridische opmerking: We try whatever we can to depict our products with as many details as possible and to exhibit them visually on the product detail pages. However, the pigments of the printing material, as well as the printing may vary somehwat from the representation on the screen. Depending on your screen settings and the nature of the surface, color pigments can unfortunately not be printed as exactly as the digital version shown here. Because the art prints are processed and printed by hand, there may as well be minor discrepancies in the motif's exact position and the size.

The whole of Riga society used to talk about the singular visual image of artist Kārlis Padegs. This would have long been forgotten were it not for his unique talent. The power of the grotesque seen in the modernist Padegs’ expressive drawings, watercolours and paintings has no parallel in Latvian art. Although he was only a small child at the time of the First World War, the denouncement of destruction and brutality, and the anti-war theme became dominant in his work. Only he could have had the idea to paint a woman holding a machine gun as a challenge to common sense.
