Mogelijke materiaalkeuzes van het product

The product dropdown menu provides you with the possibility to choose a material and a size of your choice. Choose among the following product options now to match your preferences in size and material:

  • Metaal (aluminium dibond print): Aluminium Dibond prints are metal prints with an outstanding effect of depth, which makes a modern impression by having a surface structure, which is not reflective. For your Direct Print On Aluminum Dibond, we print the favorite artpiece on the surface of the white-primed aluminum composite. The bright & white sections of the original work of art shimmer with a silk gloss but without glow. The direct print on Aluminum Dibond is one of the most popular entry-level products and is a truly contemporary way to showcase artworks, since it draws focus on the replica of the artwork.
  • Canvas: The printed canvas stretched on a wooden frame. A canvas creates a sculptural effect of three-dimensionality. Canvas Prints have the advantage of being low in weight, meaning that it is easy and straightforward to hang the Canvas print without additional wall-mounts. That is why, canvas prints are suitable for all kinds of walls.
  • Affiche afdrukken (canvasmateriaal): Our poster print is a printed canvas paper with a granular surface finish. Please note, that depending on the size of the poster we add a white margin of approximately 2-6 cm round about the painting, which facilitates the framing with your custom frame.
  • Print op acrylglas: The acrylic glass print, which is sometimes referred to as a plexiglass print, changes the original artwork into wall décor and forms a distinct alternative option to canvas and dibond prints. The real glass coating protects your custom art print against sunlight and heat for many decades.

Wettelijke disclaimer: We try what we can to depict the products as clearly as possible and to display them visually in our shop. At the same time, the pigments of the print products and the print result can differ marginally from the presentation on the device's monitor. Depending on the settings of your screen and the nature of the surface, not all color pigments are printed 100% realistically. Because the fine art prints are printed and processed manually, there might also be minor discrepancies in the motif's exact position and the size.

The nude played a central role in Paul Cézanne's art throughout his career, but, paradoxically for an artist who usually drew from life, he seldom used nude models in his working process: he was said to be ill-at-ease with naked sitters. "I paint still lifes," he once told Renoir, "Women models frighten me." Cezanne contented instead with studying earlier artists and using the drawings after nude models that he had made in art school in Paris.

The meaning of this enigmatic painting is unclear, and it has been known by several titles. This woman is confronted by devotees from different arts and occupations, among them a mitered bishop, whose admiration seems intrusive, even aggressive. A painter sometimes identified as Eugène Delacroix stands at his easel painting the scene. The bald figure at the painting's bottom may be Cézanne himself. Whether she encourages their adoration, passively accepts it, or is trapped by her cult is unclear. Like many of Cézanne's nudes, the woman's face is nearly blank, except for her red eye sockets. Around 1877 Cézanne began to use the parallel diagonal strokes seen here to impose order and to unify his picture's surface.
