Het meer dan 140 jaar oude kunstwerk Chestnuts in South Tyrol werd geschilderd door de realist schilder Gottfried Seelos in 1874. Het kunstwerk meet de grootte: 134 x 105 cm - lijst: 152,5 x 123 x 6,5 cm en werd beschilderd met de techniek of olieverf op canvas.
